A U.K. English Teacher in Korea Caught Taking Pictures of Women's Underwear
A British man working in Seoul as a native English teacher was caught using his camcorder-functioned cell phone to record images of women's underwear at Gangnam subway station, southern Seoul.
This is totally unacceptable. I'm glad they caught this pervert.
It reminds of the Korean man Sung Koo Kim in the US. Kim didn't like to photograph women's underwear but sneak into their dorm rooms and steal them. The police in Oregon found thousands of women's undergarments in Kim's home. Not to mention the "seven assault rifles and three computers collectively containing 40,000 images of women being mutilated, raped and dismembered." http://www.katu.com/news/3651561.html
Of course, none of this should reflect poorly on Koreans residing abroad who are some of the most law abiding people in the world.
